Ir-Ta氧化物涂层阳极在硫酸盐电解溶液中的电化学行为

摘    要:采用测量极化曲线等电化学方法研究了钛基Ir-Ta氧化物涂层阳极在酸性硫酸盐溶液中的电化学行为。结果表明:酸性硫酸盐溶液中Ir-Ta氧化物涂层阳极上的析氧反应发生电化学极化,但超电势远低于Pb阳极和Pb-Ag阳极而电催化活性好,可以显著降低电解能耗。溶液pH和电解温度升高,Ir-Ta氧化物涂层阳极上析氧反应的超电势降低;溶液中含有不同金属离子时析氧反应的超电势略有不同,但金属离子浓度不影响其超电势。Ir-Ta氧化物涂层阳极在1 mol/L H2SO4溶液和电流密度40000A/m2的条件下的强化寿命可达55天。

Abstract:The electrochemical behavior of Titanium-based Ir-Ta oxide coating electrode in acid sulfate solution was studied by polarization curves and other electrochemical methods.The results showed that the anode had a good electro-catalytic activity,which overpotential for oxygen evolution reaction was far smaller than that of the Pb-Ag and Pb anode.Energy consumption could be reduced obviously.The oxygen evolution reaction of Ir-Ta oxide coating anode could be promoted by raising the pH and temperature of solution.The overpotential of Ir-Ta oxide coating anode was a little different for oxygen evolution among different metal ions in solution.However,the increasing concentration of metal ion had rarely effect on the oxygen evolution reaction in high concentration of sulfate solution.The accelerated life of Ir-Ta oxide coating anode is 55 days in 1 mol/L H2SO4 solution,40 000 A/m2.
