| 摘 要： | 提出了“交通弹性”概念 ,指出传统的改善交通状况的方法并不能使城市交通真正具有相对稳定的“交通弹性” ,并提出发展合理的城市形态 ,建设现代城市商业步行街 ,建立价格合理的公共交通系统以及健全城市“交通标志”体系等四个方面的建议以利于建立“交通弹性”

| Abstract: | The concept about “the elasticity of transportation" is put forward and the traditional approaches are not able to improve urban transportation in a stable and sustainable manner is expounded. Some suggestions concerning how to build up real elasticity of transportation are brought, such as developing reasonable urban structure, constructing modern commercial walking streets, establishing price-justified public transportation system and strengthening the sign of transportation. |
