| 摘 要： | 介绍了高压空冷器在监造过程中的质量控制，包括原材料检验、焊接、热处理及压力试验等各阶段的控制内容。分析了设备制造过程中出现的质量问题，并提出了相应的解决措施及个人看法，以期对行业内类似设备的监造工作有所帮助。

| Abstract: | In this paper, quality control in the manufacture supervision of high pressure air cooler was introduced, which includes the aspects of material test, welding, heat treatment and pressure test. The quality problems occurred in the equipment fabrication were analyzed, and the relevant methods for the problem solution and some author＇s viewpoints, which will be helpful to the supervision of the same equipment in the industry were presented. |
