连续式混凝土搅拌机轴端密封的研究

摘    要:连续式混凝土搅拌机工作时混凝土可能渗入到轴端密封装置,加剧密封端面的摩擦,加速密封的失效.对连续式混凝土搅拌机浮动密封环和转毂进行力学分析,对浮动密封环受O型圈的接触压力和密封介质的平均压力进行优化设计,计算出其最优值,保证浮动密封环端面的接触压力保持在最佳区间.

Abstract:When the continuous concrete mixer works,the concrete might seep into the shaft seal to increase the friction of the end face seal,and cause early sealing failure.The forces of the floating seal ring and the rotating hub of continuous concrete mixer were analyzed,and the optimum design of contact pressure of the end surface of floating seal ring from the O-ring and the average pressure of the sealing medium was carried out.The optimal values of contact pressure of the end surface and average pressure of the sealing medium were got,so the contact pressure of floating seal ring can maintain in the best range.
