冷拔钢管磷化液中Fe~(2+)的抑制

摘    要:分析了冷拔钢管磷化液中Fe~(2+)的危害及其产生原因,介绍了抑制Fe~(2+)的机理。进行了NaClO_3抑制磷化液中Fe~(2+)的试验,结果表明,按0.5g/L添加NaClO_3,可获得较好的抑制效果和经济效益。同时介绍了操作要点。

Abstract:The hazards from Fe ̄(2+) in the phosphorization solution for cold-drawn steel tubes and elements responsible therefor are investigated,and mechanism concerning depression of the said Fe ̄(2+)described.Experiments upon depression of Fe ̄(2+) in the phosphorization solution with NaClO_3 were carried out, which led to the conclusion that adding NaClO_3 into the solution at the concentration by weight of 0.5g/L could produce effective depression, hence increased economy.Also introduced are the key points of the operation.
