离子注入Cr、Mo、Al对碳钢缝隙腐蚀行为的影响

摘    要:采用电化学测试技术研究了离子注入Cr、Mo、Al对碳钢在海水中缝隙腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明,Cr、Mo复合离子注入表面降低缝隙腐蚀率,提高ER,显著改善了耐缝隙腐蚀性能,该效果优于Cr离子单独注入表面。Al离子注入表面使ER变负,耐缝隙腐蚀性能变劣。

Abstract:The effects of ion implantation of Cr, Mo and Al on crevice corrosion behaviour of carbon steel in sea water have been investigated by means of electrochemical technique. Test results show that the surface modification of carbon steel by mixing implantation with Cr and Mo can greatly decrease the crevice corrosion rate, and improve both the repassivatance potential E R and the resistance of crevice corrosion resistance. The result is superior to only implanting with Cr. The surface modification by ion implanted with Al can decrease the E R. It is detrimental to crevice corrosion resistance.
