摘    要:对液黏调速离合器主动轴采用传统力学方法进行受力分析,运用ANSYS软件进行有限元验证,掌握了该轴的应力应变规律,指出径向油孔φ22附近存在最大应力应变,为主动轴优化提供了参考依据。

Abstract:The main transmission shaft of the entire hydro-viscous drive device analysis has been accomplished by the traditional way of mechanics and has been proved by the ANSYS software,as well as the orderliness of the stress and stain been obtained.The result of finite element analysis pointed out that there was the biggest stress and strain value near the oil hole φ22 in the direction of radical,which offered a design reference for the shaft optimizing.
