TiC晶须增强补韧硬质合金材料的研究

摘    要:采用多种工艺制备添加不同含量TiC晶须的WC-Co基体硬质合金材料,对材料的密度、孔隙度、显微硬度及冲击韧性进行了测试.结果表明:晶须的添加量和制备工艺对试验材料的性能具有很大的影响,采用适当的制备工艺、添加适量的TiC晶须,可以减小材料的孔隙度,提高试验材料的显微硬度,十分显著地提高材料的韧性.

Abstract:Prepared using a variety of techniques with different content TiC whiskers WC-Co cemented carbide alloy substrate material, the density porosity, microhardness and toughness of the material were tested. The results showed that the addition of whiskers and test preparation have greatly affected the performance of the materials, and the appropriate preparation and a small amount of TiC whiskers could reduce the porosity of materials and improve the microhardness of the testing materials, and the toughness of material was remarkably improved
