摘    要:当气井采气树井口一号闸门泄漏时,通常的处理方法是通过压井起钻更换闸门,然后重新安装采气井口。该技术需要的配套设备多,处理成本高,作业周期长,劳动强度大。2008年引进了美国威德福可捞式油管桥塞工具后,可实现不动油管管柱直接更换采气树井口一号闸门,操作简单易行,在苏X井现场试验取得了较好的效果。

Abstract:Generally, when changing a leaking lower master valve on well head, it needs to pull the pipe out and change the valve after killing the well, and then re-install the well head. Such operation will need many matching equipments, treatment costs, long operation cycle and large workloads. In 2008, after the Weatherford fishable bridge plug tool made in America was introduced, it has been used to change the leaking valve directly without moving the pipe. This technology is simple and easy in operation and has been put into field test in Well Su X with a good result.
