循环流化床锅炉燃烧过程的多变量解耦控制系统研究

摘    要:循环流化床锅炉燃烧系统是一个多变量、大时延、强耦合、非线性、慢时变的复杂对象,建立该对象的精确数学模型和采用传统控制方法控制该对象都非常困难.首先采用前馈补偿器对系统进行动态解耦,然后采用常规PID控制器、常规模糊控制器及模糊自适应PID控制器3种控制方法对解耦后的燃烧系统进行MATLAB仿真对比研究,仿真结果表明模糊自适应PID控制器在控制的快速性、稳定性、适应性、鲁棒性、抗干扰能力上均优于常规PID控制和常规模糊控制器.

Abstract:Since the combustion system of the circulating fluidized bed boiler(CFBB) is a complex object characterized by multiple variables,long time-delay,tight coupling,nonlinearity,and slow time-varying,it is difficult to build its precise mathematic model and control it with traditional control theory.In this paper,the object was dynamically decoupled by the feedforward compensator,and was then simulated on MATLAB by three controllers respectively,i.e.PID controller,fuzzy controller,and parameter self-tuning fuzz...
