| 摘 要： | 矿业系统是一个开放的复杂系统，必然与系统外存在着物质和能量的交换，而且这种交换必然在一定程度上对矿业的可持续发展产生影响(推动或者制约)。因此，必须把矿业发展与矿业系统开放的相关性评价纳入矿业可持续发展评价的范围，而不能仅考虑矿业的封闭式发展。本文探讨了矿业发展与矿业系统开放的相关性评价方法，并以我国有色金属矿业系统为例进行了实证研究。

| Abstract: | Mining is a complex syem that always exchanges subance and energies with the external world and the exchange is bound to affect the suainable develpment of mining in some extent.Therefore,the evaluation of the relativity between the development and opening-up of mining has to be brought into the scope of evaluating the suainable development of mining.This article has probed into the evaluating methods for the relativity between the development and opening-up of mining and,taken the nonferrous mining syem as an example,has proceeded positive udy. |
