2K—V型减速机回转精度的仿真研究

摘    要:利用质量弹簧等价模型法建立了2K—V型减速机回转精度分析的数学模型,以VC++和MATLAB分别作为前后台程序开发语言,结合接口技术研制出了2K—V型减速机回转精度的仿真软件,并根据实例验证了仿真结果。采用前后台分离的设计方法实现了仿真软件极强的可扩展性,为在计算机上进行类似的传动精度的仿真提供了一种新的思路。

Abstract:A mathematical model for the analysis of rotational accuracy in 2K - V type reducer has been estab- hshed based on the mass-spring equivalent model. And a simulation software has been developed by using VC + + and MATLAB as foreground and background developing platform respectively with the combination of interface technology. The simulation results agree well with the experimental ones in the example. The separation of foreground and background can realize the strong expansibility of the software, and offers a new thought in similar computer simulation.
