电力电容器极间固体介质的层数和厚度

摘    要:本文比对分析了极间介质为两层膜和三层膜的模型电容器元件的介电强度、局部放电性能以及耐久性能的试验结果。得出:在极间介质厚度相等时(一定范围内),三层膜元件的上述性能优于两层膜元件。但当三层膜的厚度比两层增厚超过约10%时,就逆转为差。增厚但相应增大端部绝缘距离将有所改善。

Abstract:Test result of dielectric strength, partial discharge and endurance property are analyzed and contrasted between solid dielectric is two film and tree film in model capacitor elements. Obtaining a result: three film elements properties better than two film when dielectric thickness is equal between plate. But, when three film thickness increase more than 10 percent, the result turn to contrary. Result will improve increasing terminal insulation distance when increasing thickness.
