摘    要:两段式加压粉煤气化技术是对气流床干粉气化技术的引进和改进,降低了氧耗,节省了循环冷煤气的压缩功耗,省去庞大的辐射式废锅。为大型化装置的设计和建设提供设计数据和操作经验。

Abstract:By introducing and modification the air fluid bed dry powder gasification technology,primary and secondary coal powder gasification technology is improved.The oxygen consumption is decreased,compression power consumption is reduced for the circulating cool coal gas and the large radiation waste heat boiler is no longer required.This paper introduces the control scheme and application of the unit and the design data and operating data are provided for the construction of the large-scale unit.
