高磷非晶态镍磷合金镀层的研究

摘    要:化学镀镍磷合金镀层由于其非晶态结构而具有优异的性能。本文通过使用一种亲型的添加剂,获得了磷含量为10%-40%的高磷非晶态合金镀 镀层。实验结构表明:(1)镀层中磷含量随着添加剂含量的增加而提高;(2)高磷合金镀层当磷含量控制在10%-15%时,在酸性介质中具有优异的耐蚀性能;(3)镀层中磷含量高,屏蔽性能好。

Abstract:Electroless Ni P alloy coating has excellent performances due to its amorphous structure. A high P amorphous alloy coating, which contains 10 40% of phosphous, is obtained with a new additive. The experimental results show:(1) Phosphorus in coating increases with the content of additive.(2) High P alloy coating posseses a good corrosion resisting performance in acidic media when phosphorus content is controlled within 10 15%.(3) High P coating has a good shielding performance.
