聚L-乳酸/淀粉复合材料的微波熔融共混法的制备与性能

摘    要:以L-乳酸和淀粉为原料,采用微波熔融共混法,制备聚L-乳酸(PLLA)/淀粉复合材料。采用红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对复合材料进行结构表征,并对相关性能进行测试。在PLLA/淀粉复合材料中,马来酸酐和丙三醇在PLLA与淀粉间起到化学架桥作用,相容性提高,但并不改变PLLA晶型主体结构。随着淀粉含量的增加,复合材料的吸水率增大;随着甘油含量的增加,复合材料的吸水率先减小后增大,且甘油含量为0.6%时吸水率达到最小值。复合材料的生物酶解过程分三个阶段,初期降解速率较慢,中期降解速率增加,后期降解速率又减小。

Abstract:Poly(L-lactic Acid)(PLLA)/starch composites were prepared by microwave melt-blending method from Llactic acid(LLA)and starch.The structure of composites was characterized by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy(FT-IR),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and Field scanning electron microscope(SEM),and the properties were tested.Maleic anhydride and glycerin work as chemical bridge between LLA and starch in PLLA/starch composite,resulting in the improving of compatibility,but the α orthonormal structure for PLLA is distorted.Water absorption of the composite is increasing with the increase of starch.Moreover,water absorption of the composite is decreasing at first,and then increasing with the increase of glycerin.When glycerin content is 0.6%,water absorption reaches the minus value.The biodegradation of PLLA/starch composite by α-amylase include three stages:the degradation rate is smaller at first stage,increasing at medium stage and decreasing at late stage.
