锯床电机系统自适应模糊PID控制的仿真

摘    要:基于锯床系统存在非线性、不确定性和时变性,传统PID控制并不能满足系统要求的现状.将模糊PID控制算法应用于锯床系统,采用转子磁场定向矢量控制变频调速,并分别对常规PID和模糊PID两种控制方式进行了仿真.仿真结果表明,将模糊PID应用于锯床系统加快了系统的响应速度,使系统很快达到稳定值并且没有超调,提高了锯床电机的稳定性、快速性,从而改善了锯床切割效果及其加工精度.

Abstract:Saw machines are systems that are uncertain and nonlinear time-varying,and the tradional-l PID control cannot satisfy their requirements.To improve the system status,fuzzy PID control a-lgorithm with vector control frequency conversion based on the rotor field-oriented was applied to the saw machine system in this paper and simulink was done respectively on tradi-tional PID control and fuzzy PID control.According to the simulation results,in the system with fuzzy PID control algorithm,the response speed of the system is accelerated without overshoot.Meanwhile,the stability and rapidity of the motor are improved.As a result,the cutting effect and processing precision of the system are meliorated.So,saw machine system based on fuzzy PID control is better than that with PID control.
