带电检测合成绝缘子故障的试验研究

叙述了运行中合成绝缘子环氧玻璃纤维芯棒内部及芯棒与护套界面上电致碳痕故障的发生和发展过程。在实验室进行的模型试验研究以及对一些早期运行的合成绝缘子故障的分析，说明了这种故障存在的可能性。采用电场分布测量的方法可对这类故障进行在线检测。介绍了故障绝缘子轴向电场分布的计算结果和特点，并给出了实验室检测试验的结果。

The Experimental Research on DetectingFault of Composite Insulators in Service

This paper describes the generation and development process of the carbon tracking fault in the fiber reinforced plastic rod and on the interface be- tween the rod and housing in composite insulators in service. The possibility of the fault have been confirmed by the model tests in laboratory and the analyses of early operated composite insulators. The fault can be on-line detected by measurement the electric field distribution along the composite insulator. The calculation result and the characteristics of the axial electric field distribution of the faulted insulator are described. Testing results at laboratory are given.
