SiCp/Al复合材料薄壁件车削力的仿真研究

摘    要:应用有限元分析软件ABAQUS对Si Cp/Al复合材料薄壁件车削力进行了仿真研究,得到了切削用量对切削力的影响规律,并结合文献的实验成果对相应规律进行了分析。仿真结果表明:在Si Cp/Al复合材料薄壁件车削过程中,随切削速度的增大,三向切削分力(轴向力Fx、径向力Fy、切向力Fz)均增大,但径向力Fy增幅很小;随进给量的增大,三向切削分力都有增大的趋势;随背吃刀量的增大,三向切削分力均显著增大;背吃刀量是影响切削力的主要因素。

Abstract:The simulation of turning force on Si Cp / Al composite thin- walled parts is performed by finite element analysis software ABAQUS and the influence law of turning force affected by cutting parameters is obtained and analyzed on the basis of the previous researching results. The simulation results show that: in the process of turning Si Cp / Al composite thin- walled parts,three components of turning force( feed forces Fx、axial thrust force Fyand main cutting force Fz) increase with increasing cutting speed but Fyincreasing least; As feed rate increased the three components of turning force present an increase trend on the whole,the back cutting depth has significant effects on the cutting force which increases remarkably with increasing the back cutting depth.
