摘    要:通过干燥收缩、自收缩、平板和大小圆环约束开裂等试验方法找出减缩剂使用最佳方式。研究结果表明:减缩剂外涂和内掺具有相同的减缩效果,此外减缩剂内掺能够通过初始不稳定引气作用大幅度改善新拌混凝土的工作性;减缩剂和膨胀剂复合使用可以进一步增强其减缩效果,同时可以降低单独使用膨胀剂养护不当出现不均匀膨胀而导致混凝土开裂的风险,二者复合效应能够显著改善混凝土体积稳定性能。

Abstract:This paper was to find optimized applied approach of shrinkage-reducing agent(SRA),by means of designing five check-up experiments such as desiccation-shrinkage,autogenous shrinkage,flat-restraint,big and small steel rings restraint etc.The results was to approve that effect of SRA by paint was as same as by inner-dosage,and the latter can improve the workability of fresh concrete by unstable air-entrainning,which can improve the stability of HPC further, and promote effectively shrinkage-reducing performance and decrease the risk of concrete crack resulted from inhomogeneous expansion,while expansion agent was used with combination.
