摘    要:针对专家系统语言CLIPS仅支持正向链规则的限制,提出了一种利用面向对象的消息处理机制,使得在CLIPS环境下能够实现故障诊断中的反向推理;针对领域专家难以直接更新专家系统知识库的问题,结合化工故障诊断的实际情况,提出一个结构化的中文自然语言规则录入系统,并自动将录入的规则转化为专家系统语言CLIPS能够执行的代码。通过设计某合成氨企业变换工段故障诊断专家系统,验证了所提出方法的有效性和实用性。

Abstract:Considering the fact that C language integrated production system (CLIPS) does not support back- ward chaining rules which are the base reasoning in fault diagnosis,a solution based on OOP method' s mes- sage-handling mechanism was proposed to deal with this problem; moreover, an expert system knowledge ac- quisition shell that can accept rules about fault processing of chemical production in structured Chinese natural language was established to automatically convert the rules to codes which can be executed in CLIPS environ- ment. A fault diagnosis expert system designed for the shift section in ammonia plant proves the practicability of this method.
