摘    要:采用膨胀型阻燃剂(IFR)分别与蒙脱土(MMT)、硼酸锌(ZB)、MnO2阻燃协效剂复配制备了阻燃型红松木粉/聚丙烯复合材料。借助TG、DTG、DSC热分析技术深入探讨了IFR与阻燃协效剂间的协效性;并利用FTIR、SEM对协效性进行了验证。结果表明:三种阻燃协效剂与IFR间都存在一定的协效性;MMT的加入降低了热分解...

Flame retardant synergistic effect of the fire retarded synergistic agent and the intumescent fire retardant in wood flour/polypropylene composites

Abstract:The fire retarded synergistic agents of montmorillonoite (MMT), zinc borate (ZB) and MnO2 were respectively to blend with the intumescent fire retardant (IFR) to prepare the fire retarded korean pine wood flour/polypropylene composites. The fire retarded synergistic effect was evaluated by the thermal analysis of TGA, DTG and DSC techniques and was further validated by FTIR and SEM. The results indicate that there is some fire retardant synergy among the three kinds of synergistic agents and IFR. MMT decreases the heat release and increases the char residue significantly. The synergistic effect of ZB is mainly incarnated in the second stage of thermal decomposition, and it can result in the foamed char residue. While the role of MnO2 is in the first stage of thermal decomposition, and it promotes the decomposition of ammonium polyphosphate(APP) in advance, reduces the pyrolysis rate of the system, and makes the char residue more stable and dense.
