模糊PID在加热器温控系统中的应用

摘    要:针对加热器出口温度具有滞后性、非线性、时变性及精确模型难以建立等特点,提出了一种模糊PID温度控制系统设计方案,它将常规PID控制和模糊控制二者优点相结合,利用模糊控制规则对PID参数进行自整定,有效提高了系统的抗干扰能力和适应参数变化的能力。

Abstract:Considering heater outlet temperature's lag, nonlinearity, time variance and difficulty in establishing accurate mathematical model, a fuzzy-PID temperature control system was proposed to apply fuzzy rules to tuning PID parameter, this can improve system' s anti-interference ability and adaptability to parameter change. MATLAB simulation and application in a chemical plant prove this scheme's correctness and applicability.
