开关电源的容差分析与设计

摘    要:对于开关电源的调节和保护电路,容差是需要考虑的一个关键因素。统计学表明实际产品特性参数都是服从正态分布的,需要使用蒙特卡罗方法来做容差分析。在文中介绍3种容差分析的方法,并对这3种方法进行相互验证与比对。

Abstract:Tolerance is a key factor that needs consideration for regulation and protection circuits in switch mode power supplies. Normal distribution is used to be character of production in statistics, and Monte Carlo method is needed to do tolerance analysis. In this paper, there are three methods of tolerance analysis are introduced and the results are compared to verify each other.
