摘    要:PLC作为水电厂机组现地控制单元(LCU)的控制核心,主要采用PID功能块实现机组负荷调节和模拟量回路的闭环控制。本文介绍了PLC编程语言的IE061131—3国际标准,阐述了PID控制原理,结合水电机组控制的实际情况,对PID算法进行改进,在此基础上进行了PID功能块设计。

Abstract:PLC plays an important role in hydropower station local control unit. PID function block in PLC is the most used mothod in generator unit load regulation and analog closed loop control. In this paper, the IEC61131-3 standard of PLC program language is introduced, the principle of PiD is described, the PID algorithm is improved for hydropower unit control, and PID function block of PLC is designed.
