摘    要:提出了一种基于PC的外圆磨削过程数控系统,该系统在普通外圆磨床原有液压系统的基础上,外加通用电磁节流阀,利用光电编码传感机构,实现了外圆磨床工作台和砂轮架位移的精确控制;该系统不但能够实现磨削加工循环的自动控制,而且还能够实现带有中凸和中凹的复杂圆柱体零件的磨削加工,在一定程度上提高了普通外圆磨床的应用范围和自动化水平。利用该系统可实现普通外圆磨床的低成本数控改造,具有一定的实用意义。

Abstract:A PC based external cylindrical grinding control system is presented in this paper. This system can accurately control displacement of work-piece table and wheel frame for external cylindrical grinding machine by adding electromagnetism throttles and photo-electricity coding transducers base on the primary fluid system of general external cylindrical grinding machine. Using this control system, grinding circle can be completed automatically, and complex cylindrical parts with convexity and concave can be processing, on some extent it improves applied scope and automatic level. Low price numerical control improving for general external cylindrical grinding machine can be realized from it.
