| Abstract: | Based on the geographical conditions and hydrographical characteristics of old course of the Yellow River within the boundaries of Xuzhou,this paper analyzes the major problems in its governing project,expounds its comprehensive improvement in such aspects as the controlling criteria,flood protection,logging control and water supply,and assesses the implementation effects of the project. |
