| 摘 要： | 牵伸假捻机变幅导丝机构不但具有形成锥边卷装的功能，还具有防凸边特性．针对这种进口的牵伸假捻机变幅导丝机构的设计问题进行了较为深入的研究，揭示了该机构设计思想，给出了相应的设计公式与设计步骤，并通过实践印证了该设计公式的正确性．

| Abstract: | A kind of thread guide mechanism of draft false twisting machine has the characteristics of both developing two-cone side package and preventing the two-cone sides of package from collapsing. Some design problems of the thread guide mechanism are investigated. The design theory of the mechanism is opened out and the corresponding design fomular and step are put forward. Finally, illustrative example shows that the formulas given above are correct. |
