多相并联同步整流电路控制策略研究

摘    要:针对单相同步整流电路输出电流能力有限且随输出电流变大效率会降低的问题,提出了一种多相并联同步整流电路,即采用多电源模块并联组成大功率分布式电源系统,以提高同步整流电路负载电流能力。设计了一种控制方式,使电路可以根据负载变化自动切换工作模式,保证电路在不同负载条件下都能达到最优的转换效率,从而提高了系统的可靠性和功率密度。采用MATLAB/Simulink仿真验证了方案的可行性。

Abstract:A novel multiphase synchronous rectifier circuit in parallel can solve the disadvantages in single-phase circuit,which are the limited output current and low efficiency with the load-demand.So a new distributed power supply system which was based powers in parallel was proposed,which improved the output load current ability.According to the changing load,a new control method was designed to ensure the circuit automatically switch the operating modes.The circuit was set to achieve maximum conversion efficiency under different load conditions.The reliability and power density of the circuit was improved.The MATLAB/Smulink simulation results show that the scheme is feasible.
