| 摘 要： | 随着人们生活水平的提高,对住宅户型的面积追求也在提高,大户型成为现代都市生活中必不可少的居住组成部分,是居住"丰度"扩展的良好载体。文章从丰富居住"内容"的角度入手,从生活模式和需求、家庭结构、空间层次三方面推敲大户型设计的影响因素,并在空间宜居性、空间灵活性和空间效率性的设计理念下,对大户型设计中的空间组合方式进行了有益的探讨,旨在提升大户型的内部环境和居住性能。

| Abstract: | As people＇s living standards improving, pursuing of the housing space area also enhances. Large housing is an important part of modern urban life, it carries more life functions, is a good carrier of living function extension. The article analyzes the design influence factors from the living patterns and demands, family structure and space level. The design idea of the article is space livable, flexible and efficient. Then it carries out a discussion of the space division and space combination on the large housing. The ultimate goal is to enhance the internal environment and livability of the large housing. |
