电阻式汽车预爆胎在线传感器的设计

摘    要:爆胎是车辆行进中的重大危害。鉴于目前轮胎压力检测系统的不足,选用应变式电阻传感器,从结构和电路两个方面进行了汽车预爆胎电阻式在线传感器的设计;同时开发了相应的程序。现场实验结果表明该设计达到了预期的效果,这也为完善汽车智能控制系统的可靠性提供了一定的参考价值。

Abstract:Tire burst is a disaster to running vehicles. Due to the limitation of present Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), both structure and circuit of real-time resistance sensor against tire burst is designed, adopting strainresistance sensor. Meanwhile, corresponding program is also developed. Experimental Results on spot show that the design achieves expected effect of characteristic identification of tire burst, which also provides certain value to the reliability of intelligent control system for vehicles.
