摘    要:1%的错误会导致100%的错误,这个命题曾经颇受争议.通过对实例的分析,在消错理论和系统理论的基础上,新建立了重要子系统、关键子系统、关键子系统链等概念.研究了系统错误与子系统、要素之间的关系并寻找其规律.随后对系统错误的消除方法进行了研究.

Abstract:The proposition that 1% error can result in 100% error has been controversial.By analyzing some instances,it brings forward some new concepts based on the error-eliminating theory and system theory,such as the important subsystem,the key subsystem,the key subsystem chain,and so on.Furthermore,the laws as well as the relationship between the system error and subsystems or elements are studied.The ways of eliminating errors in the system are also researched.
