摘    要:运用三维建模软件UG对某型发动机机体和曲轴系统进行三维建模,运用AVL/Excite软件进行了多体动力学仿真以求得主轴承座激励,其中考虑了主轴承润滑油膜厚度变化等关键影响因素;最后用运Ansys软件对机体进行瞬态动力学响应计算分析。为了模拟再现真实工作情况,按需要在分析中假设主轴承座激励力随曲轴转角变化,其作用力大小,作用区域和方向在不停地改变,找出规律,编程实现准瞬态加载,同时用程序控制瞬态动力学响应求解,很好地实现了在工作状态下不同结构曲轴对机体振动影响的分析研究。

Abstract:The three-dimensional model of a certain type engine block and crankshaft system are set up by using UG 3D modeling software,the main bearing exciting force is got by using AVL /Excite software to multi-body dynamics simulation,Which takes into account changes in the main bearing oil film thickness and other key factors;At last,engine block is calculated and analysed by using Ansys software based on the transient dynamic response method.CAE analysis is intended to simulate the real work as much as possible,so in the analysis it is assume that the main bearing force is changing along with the crank angle,the value,roling region and direction are all changing round the clock,it is find that the kinematic orderliness in order to achieve the quasi-transient load and in the same time do the transient dynamic response solution by procedure.So the vibrational response analysis of different balancing weight crankshaft to engine block based on transient dynamics response method in the working conditions is well realized.
