摘    要:介绍了PTA装置乙酸消耗的影响因素,对其主要因素所开发投用的先进控制系统(进料催化剂浓度、氧化反应过程、溶剂脱水塔先进控制)的概况进行了简述。总结了这些先进控制系统的投用前后各参数的运行情况以及对本装置的乙酸消耗的影响。

Abstract:The factors that have effect on PTA plant acetic acid consumption were introduced, The status of the advanced control system developed and applied according to the main factors such as the in-feeding catalyst concentration ,oxidation reaction process and solvent dehydration tow advanced control was briefly recounted. The operation conditions of the parameters and the acetic acid consumption before and after the application of the advanced control system were concluded.
