超临界火电机组汽温动态特性研究

摘    要:从物理定律出发建立了600MW超临界机组汽温系统的动态数学模型,其中包括单相受热管(过热器和再热器)模型、水冷壁两段简化模型和烟气侧传热模型。此模型繁简适度,便于应用,除了全面地反映了600MW超临界机组过热汽温和再热汽温的动态特性,还可以用于研究锅炉动态过程中工质压力和流量的变化规律。在建模的基础上,对600MW超临界机组在100%负荷下的汽温动态特性进行了仿真研究,仿真结果和理论分析表明,所建立的模型是合理的。

Abstract:Numerical models for simulation of steam temperature dynamic behavior have been built for a 600 MW supercritical unit based on basic physical laws,including models for single-phase heat surface tubes(superheater and reheater),simplified models for two segments of water wall and models for heat transfer at gas side.These models can not only reflect the steam temperature dynamic behavior of the 600 MW supercritical unit's superheater and reheater,but also indicate the variation law of the working medium's pre...
