基于电容式差动敏感元件的液位测量系统

摘    要:提出一种新型的数字式液位测量系统,系统采用电容式差压敏感元件将液位的变化转换为电容量的变化,设计了C/U转换电路,电路的输出只与差动电容的变化有关。实验表明:测量系统的分辨力为1mm,液位测量误差≤5mm。

Abstract:A novel digital system for measuring the liquid level is proposed. The system applies the capacitive differential pressure sensitive element to convert the liquid level into the capacity.And C/U convertsion circuit is designed;the output of circuit is only related to differential capacity.The experiment results show the solution of measuring system is 1mm and the error of liquid level is ≤5 m.
