| 摘 要： | 在分析研究我国1981—2000年电力弹性系数及参考国外电力工业发展情况基础上，提出了2001—2020年发电量和发电装机容量预测。2020年约需发电装机960GW，发电量4250TWh。根据我国能源资源特点，对2001—2020年发电装机容量、发电量、发电能源消费构成作了分析预测，并分析研究了各大电网发展和全国联网及新电压等级问题。

| Abstract: | Based upon the analysis of the electricity elasticity coefficients in China from 1981 to 2000 and referring to the foreign electric power industry development, the forecast results of generated energy and installed capacity for power generation from 2001 to 2020 are given. In 2020 the installed capacity should be 960GW and the generated energy should be 4250TWh approximately. According to the feature of energy resource distribution in China the installed capacities, generated energy and consumption of energy source for power generation are analyzed, the problems, such as the development of the main power pools in China, nation-wide interconnection and new higher voltage class, are researched. |
