9kVA三相航空逆变电源的设计与实现

摘    要:设计了一种400Hz三相航空逆变电源。该电源采用单片机80C196KC作为主控芯片;逆变电路采用智能功率模块I(PM),简化了驱动电路;SPWM波的产生由专用集成芯片SA8282独立完成,软硬件实现简单,降低了逆变电路的复杂性;采用数字PI调节,提高了稳态时输出电压的精度和稳定性。9kVA的样机试验表明,该逆变电源的输出波形品质良好,输出电压稳定,能满足性能要求。

Abstract:This paper designs a 400Hz three-phase aviation inverter.The controller is based on 80C196KC microproces-sor in this power supply,the driving circuit is simple with the introduction of Intelligent Power Module(IPM) in the in-verter circuit.The origin of Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation(SPWM) wave results from SA8282 chip,the hardware and software design of the chip is easy to complete and it can reduce the complexity of the inverter circuit.With the digital PI modulation the output voltage of the power supply is very precision and stabilization.The proposed control strategy has been implemented on a 9kVA,400Hz three-phase power supply.Experimental results showed that the three-phase output voltage waveform is quite good,the performance of the supply meets the demand.
