天荒坪抽水蓄能电站输水系统充排水试验

摘    要:天荒坪抽水蓄能电站1号上游输水系统是我国目前水头最高的大直径水工隧洞,一洞三机式布置,承受的最大静水头为680m,充水分7个阶段进行,第1 ̄第5阶段充水速率为10m/h,第6、7阶段各分2个小台阶,充水速度为5m/h。排水分3个阶段,采用压力表和压力变送器共同监理水道内水压力。由于采取的充排水程序合理、措施得当,充排水试验获得了成功,水道设计、施工、安装质量经受住了初步考验。

Abstract:The No 1 upstream water conveyance system of Tianhuangping Pumped storage Power Station is a large diameter tunnel with the highest water head in China at present The arrangement is one tunnel for three generating units The maximum static water head of the tunnel is 680 m The water filling is conducted by 7 stages From the first stage to fifth stage, the filling velocity is 10 m/h and from the sixth stage to the seventh stage, the filling velocity is 5 m/h The drainage is conducted by 3 stages The manometer and pressure transducer have been adopted to monitor the water pressure in the conduit Because of the rational processes and proper measures of water filling and drainage, the water filling and drainage are successful The quality of the design, construction and installation of the conduit withstands the preliminary trials
