| 摘 要： | 钣金件是一类重要的工业产品,其外观造型越来越受到重视,相应的与产品外观造型相关的成型工艺就变得极为重要.指出了在钣金件的成型工艺中,对钣金件外观造型的影响最大的是折弯工艺和拉深工艺,总结了用这两种工艺所成型的产品的造型特征,使用这两种工艺,可以实现多种效果的产品外观造型,最后用实例说明了如何将这两种成型工艺组合运用.充分利用二者的优点,以实现更加丰富的造型效果.

| Abstract: | Bumper A07-10 series are important industrial products, whose styling gets increasingly valued. Therefore, molding process closely related to product appearance bears great significance in design. It is resorted to in this paper the bending and drawing processes which are most influential to the appearance of BumperA07-10 product. The shaping features in the two processes are summed up to help achieve various effects in product appearance design. It is also demonstrated with practical examples about how to combine the two molding processes positively so as to make full use of the advantages and reach more colorfully abundant styling effects. |
