摘    要:效率、空化和稳定性是水轮机的三个重要指标,本文通过三板溪电站模型研发,通过CFD分析,对模型水轮机的蜗壳、固定导叶、活动导叶、转轮、尾水管进行了全面的优化设计。通过模型试验验证,三板溪电站水轮机水力性能得到了全面的提升,模型最高效率达到了95.2%,空化性能和稳定性都达到了预期目标,CFD分析结果与模型试验结果基本吻合。

Abstract:Efficiency,cavitation and stability are three important parameters for hydraulic turbines.In this paper,the model turbine of Sanbanxi hydropower station is designed and analyzed with CFD method.The spiral case,stay vane,guide vane,runner and draft tube of the model turbine have been overall optimized.The model experiment has verified that the hydraulic performance of Sanbanxi hydropower station has been increased completely.The highest efficiency has reached 95.2%.The cavitation performance and stability have both reached the expected object.Most of the results of CFD analysis are consistent with model experiments.
