摘    要:介绍了蒸发器加热管内快速结垢的特点,对设备传热效率的严重影响和污垢产生的一般原因。在对常用的防治办法进行简略述评的基础上,提出了比较理想的治本新方法-自动清洗式自然循环高效蒸发器。模拟试验结果表明,这种新型蒸发器能够利用汽-液密度差形成足够大的自然循环推动力,使得蒸发溶液带动管内自转的纽带具有满足防治蒸发器结垢的自动清洗能力。

Abstract:The paper states briefly the characteristics of crystal fouling being formed rapidly on the heat transfer pipes inner wall in evaporators, the serious influence of the fouling on the heat transfer efficiency, and the general reasons of fouling be formed. On the basis of reviewing themethods in common use to prevent of clean off the fouling, a new ideal evaporator of high efficiency with twisted strips is invented, which can prevent and clean off the fouling on line. By the simulated experiments, it is showed that the enough natural recycle driving force can be formed by utilizing the density difference between steam and liquid, so that strips can be driven to self rotate and self clean off the fouling on line continuously.
