基于“人本观念”的传统村落保护发展研究——以福建晋江塘东村为例

文章首先梳理了我国传统村落的保护观念，分析不同模式对村落传统资源保护的利弊；在此基础上提出目前传统村落保护工作缺乏完善的理论体系，在规划过程中多单纯沿用文物保护、历史文化名城镇村保护体系进行、重点以实体空间保护为主，忽视原住民保护的现状问题，因此希望通过福建晋江塘东村的保护发展规划探索一条以“人本观念”出发的保护发展之路，做一个更关注人的生活的保护规划，兼顾保护与发展的双重需要。

The Conservation and Development Research of Traditional Villages Based on "Humanism": A Case Study of Tangdong,Jinjiang in Fujian

According to analysis of the pros and cons in traditional village resources protection through various preservation models, the lack of perfect theory is indicated in this paper. Still, a majority of plans follows heritage protection and historic village conservation theories which focus on physical protection during plan making. This article based on Tangdong, Fujian conservation and development planning, in order to find a better way for highlighting humanism of local in future plan.
