摘    要:采用生料酵酿造的成品酒,香味成分含量较低,口感淡薄,经高锰酸钾,活性炭处理后,加入清香型或浓香型主体香成分配制成的调酒液,可勾调成酒质较好的清香型和浓香型白酒。(孙悟)

Abstract:The disadvantages of the finished product liquor with uncooked materials for fermentation are its lighter taste and lower contents of flavouring components. Through the management of active carbon and potassium permanganate and by addition of the blending liquid compounded by main flavouring components of Fen-flavour liquor and Luzhou-flavour liquor, we could get better Fen-flavour liquor and Luzhou-flavour liquor respectively.
