摘    要:随着现代生活节奏的加快,模具产业要求在更短的时间内实现产品设计与制造的高效、高质量.这就需要利用功能强大的设计与制造辅助软件开发产品.应用UG软件进行产品及其模具的三维设计,并利用UG强大的CAM技术对模具零件(型腔/型芯)进行加工,生成加工程序,对于生产有现实指导意义.

Abstract:With the accelerated rhythm of modern life, it required mold industry to implement product design and mold manufacture of high-performance and high-quality in shorter periods, which could be achieved by powerful software contained advanced design and manufacture functions. It was introduced that method of applying UG to design product and its mold. The application of UG powerful CAM technology to process mold parts(cavities/cores) was presented, and the processing program was generated. It was a practical guide for practical production.
