基于电弧传感焊缝跟踪的偏差信息检测

摘    要:检测焊枪偏离焊缝信息是实现焊缝跟踪的精确度和可靠性的必要条件。基于摆动式电弧传感器的焊缝自动跟踪系统,利用电弧摆动来扫描焊缝,通过检测焊接电流的变化规律来检测焊缝的偏差信息。针对电弧信号不断变化往往存在谐波和噪声干扰,提出采用软件的中值滤波和均值滤波相结合方法对电弧信号进行处理,并且用积分差值法进行提取所需的焊缝偏差信息。通过实际的焊缝跟踪试验,结果表明该方法可以提高焊缝偏差信息检测的精确度和可靠性。

Abstract:Detecting the information that the welding torch deviation from the weld joint is the prerequisite for implementing the precisely and reliably seam tracking system.The automatic seam tracking system,which is based on the swing arc sensor,takes advantages of arc oscillation to scan seam,detects weld seam deviation information using the changing regularity of welding current.Since the arc signal exists harmonic wave and noises,paper proposes processing the arc signal with the method which combines the median filter and the mean filter,and then using the integral difference method to extract the seam deviation information.Through the actual weld seam tracking experiments,the results show that the method can improve the precision and reliability of the detection for the seam deviation.
