轨道轮外形测量仪重复性问题的研究

摘    要:为了提高轨道轮外形测量仪的重复精度,通过对测量仪测量过程各环节的研究,发现坐标轴的确定方法会影响最终测量结果,于是针对坐标原点的定位采取了几种不同的改进方案,通过综合对比各种方案最终采用对固定位置取多点坐标均值确定原点纵坐标位置,横坐标根据两个位置坐标均值来确定,兼顾两个关键位置的重复性误差,从而提高原点坐标的重复精度,根据不同算法在MATLAB中导入实验测量数据进行仿真,对比仿真结果证明采用的新算法改善了重复性误差。

Abstract:In order to improve the precision of the track-wheel profile meter, a research on all aspects of the track-wheel profile meter's measurement process have been done, found that the way to find the axis would affect the final results. So point at the origin of coordinate take several different approaches ,and compare them compositively, finally take the method of using the average of points' coordinate from aptotic place gain to make sure the original of the y-axis, and the original of the x-axis is based on the average of points' coordinate from two positions in order to give consideration to the two positions' repeatability error, thus improve the repeatability error of original coordinate, input experiment data to emulate by MATLAB based on several different arithmetic, compare the results to improve that it improved the repeatitiveness error to adoption the new arithmetic
