煤灰成分预测灰熔点的模型

摘    要:利用我公司化验室对各种煤样灰熔点与灰成分的分析数据,采用最小二乘法对煤灰成分与灰熔点之间建立线性回归预测模型,通过预测模型方程式计算出预测值,并与煤样灰熔点实测值对比,具有较好的一致性,可为生产提供迅速、可靠的数据。

Abstract:With the data of ash fusion point and components obtained by Analysis Laboratory in Henan Longyu Coal-to-Chemical Industry Co., Ltd, the regression analysis prediction models between fusion point and components of coal ash have been established by least squares. So the ash fusion point can be calculated through the prediction formula, which are in accordance with practically tested one. With this method, we can quickly obtain dependable data to guide the production operation.
