乙二醛氧化生产乙醛酸催化剂的研究

摘    要:采用不同的催化剂、通过硝酸氧化乙二醛生产乙醛酸,探讨了催化剂作用机理,并研究了各种催化剂对乙醛酸产率的影响。结果表明,用亚硝酸钠作催化剂乙醛酸产率为73.9%,盐酸和亚硝酸钠作催化剂时乙醛酸产率为84.6%,二氧化铈和亚硝酸钠作催化剂时乙醛酸产率为80.2%,硝酸铜和亚硝酸钠作催化剂时乙醛酸产率为78.2%。

Abstract:Using different catalysts, glyoxylic acid was produced through oxidizing glyoxal with nitric acid. The mechanism of catalysis was discussed, and the effects of different catalysts on the yield of glyoxylic acid were investigated. The experimental results showed that the yields of glyoxylic acid were 73.9%, 84.6%, 80.2% and 78.2%, by using catalysts based on sodium nitrite, hydrochloric acid and sodium nitrite, cerium dioxide and sodium nitrite, and cupric nitrate and sodium nitrite correspondingly.
