高阻抗电弧炉电气参数的测量及电气特性分析

摘    要:以南钢100t高阻抗电弧炉的生产实际为基础,采用Power Logic 2000电力参数线路监控仪对供电线路进行实际测量。采用在线测试电弧炉电气运行参数的研究方法,取代了传统的短路试验方法,通过对实测高阻抗电弧炉电抗器上下两端电气参数的分析,得出该高阻抗电弧炉熔化期和氧化.精炼时电抗器上下两端的无功功率损耗分别为10.7MVAR和6.64MVAR。

Abstract:Based on production practice of an 100 t high impedance arc furnace at Nanjing Iron and Steel, the parameters of power input system was measured by Power Logic 2000 electrical parameter monitor. Using the new research method of on line measuring electrical parameters of arc furnace to replace traditional short circuit test method, it is obtained by analysis on electrical parameters at upper and lower end of reactor for high impedance arc furnace that the reactive power consumption at upper and lower end of reactor during melting period and oxidizing-refining period of high impedance arc furnace is 10.7 MVAR and 6.64 MVAR respectively.
